Refund Policy

Every AERIOX tee is printed after you order it, so the rule is simple: if we got it wrong, we make it right. Otherwise, we don't take returns or exchanges.

Limited warranty: misprinted, defective, damaged or wrong items
AERIOX, LLC gives this limited warranty on every piece we sell. It lasts 30 days from delivery. If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email shop@aeriox.co within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the whole piece laid flat and a close-up of the problem. If the print is out of place, include a ruler or tape measure in the shot. If the size is wrong, include the size tag. If it arrived damaged, add a photo of the package if you still have it.

Once we've checked it, we'll reprint the piece and send it to you free. If we can't, we'll refund what you paid for it to your original payment method within 7 business days. You don't need to send anything back. Please don't mail anything to us or to our production partner unless we ask; if we do, we'll pay the postage.

What isn't a defect
Small shifts in where the print sits, colors that look slightly different from your screen, faint marks around a new print that wash out, and measurements within 2 inches (5 cm) of the size guide are normal for printed-to-order pieces. Wear and tear, or damage from not following the care label, isn't covered.

No returns or exchanges for size or change of mind
Because each piece is made for your order, we can't accept returns or size exchanges for fit, preference or a change of mind. Every tee is a Bella+Canvas 3001 in a unisex retail fit. Check the size guide on the product page, or email shop@aeriox.co before you order and we'll send the measurements.

Cancelling an order
Printing can start within hours, so email shop@aeriox.co right away. Until printing starts, we can cancel your order and refund it in full to your original payment method within 7 business days. After that we can't, unless your order is late as described in our Shipping Policy.

Your other rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Nothing in this policy limits any implied warranty or other right you have under applicable law.
